03 · Ongoing Growth

Stronger every season.

Launch is day one. The work that matters happens every month after.

01

Monthly review

We look at what real guests did this month — searches, pages, paths, bookings, reviews. Numbers in plain English, decisions for the next 30 days.

  • Web, search, social, booking analytics
  • Plain-language monthly report
  • Call to align on next steps
02

Fresh content

New reels, posts and seasonal campaigns that keep the experience visible — and keep search engines and AI assistants citing you.

  • Reels, photo and short-form video
  • Seasonal campaigns (shoulder, peak, winter)
  • Blog and Google Business updates
03

Focused experiments

One sharp test per month — copy, layout, offer, or booking flow. We run it, measure it, keep what works, ship it permanently.

  • Hypothesis tied to a real number
  • A/B or before-after test, properly measured
  • Win goes live; lesson goes into the playbook
04

AI visibility check

Every quarter we ask the four assistants real travel questions — and tune the structured content where you should be cited but aren't yet.

  • ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity
  • Citation tracking across the year
  • Schema and content tuning when needed

We grow with the business — step by step, season by season, year by year.

Four things every month: a review of real guest behaviour (search, web, booking, reviews), fresh content (reels, posts, seasonal campaigns), one focused experiment (copy, layout, offer or booking flow), and an AI visibility check across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. Plus a plain-language report and a call to align on next steps.

Some lifts land within days — a new offer, a faster page, a fixed booking flow. Search and AI citations move in 2–3 months. The strongest returns appear over 6–12 months as content, reviews and structured citations accumulate. We agree the metrics that matter to your business at the start of the engagement.

Three months minimum, then month-to-month — your call. The 3-month minimum exists because nothing meaningful in tourism marketing changes in 30 days; we need a season to read.

Plain English, no jargon, focused on the numbers that affect bookings and revenue: direct booking conversion, organic traffic, Google Maps rank, AI assistant citations, review velocity, top guest queries. With 3–5 prioritised recommendations for the next 30 days.

Every quarter we ask the four major AI assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity — real travel questions a future guest might ask ("best B&B near Sky Road", "family-friendly tour Connemara", "weekend stay west of Galway"). Where you should be cited but aren't, we tune the structured content until you are.

Sometimes. If your existing website, booking flow and Google Business Profile are sound, Grow can run as a maintenance and optimisation retainer on top of what you have. Discovery confirms whether that's a viable starting point — usually it isn't, because the system being optimised has to be cohesive first.

Most tourism businesses see the strongest returns in the first 6–12 months. After that the retainer becomes lighter — primarily seasonal campaigns, content refreshes, and ongoing review and AI visibility work. We're transparent about that shift and adjust scope (and price) when it's the right thing to do.
